1. 서비스

"영혼올인"(이하 서비스, 주소 soulallin.com)은 개인 개발자(이하 운영자)가 운영하는 브라우저 게임입니다. 세븐포커 족보로 타워를 세워 저승 카지노의 망령을 막는 포커 디펜스이며, 게임은 무료입니다.

2. 계정

• 로그인 없이 게임을 할 수 있습니다. 구글 로그인은 기록을 여러 기기에서 이어 하거나 순위표에 오르고 싶을 때 선택해서 씁니다.
• 닉네임은 다른 사람을 사칭하거나 욕설, 혐오, 불법적인 내용을 담을 수 없습니다. 이런 닉네임은 운영자가 바꾸거나 지울 수 있습니다.
• 계정 삭제는 언제든 요청할 수 있습니다.

3. 공정한 플레이

순위표 기록을 조작하거나, 게임을 고쳐 기록을 만들거나, 자동화 도구로 반복해서 기록을 올리는 행위는 금지합니다. 확인되면 해당 기록을 지우고 순위표 이용을 막을 수 있습니다.

4. 후원

• 후원은 서버비와 개발을 돕는 자발적인 결제입니다. 후원해도 게임이 더 쉬워지지 않으며, 보상은 꾸미기와 후원자 표시뿐입니다.
• 결제와 세금, 영수증은 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Polar(polar.sh)가 처리하며, Polar의 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
• 결제 후 7일 안에 요청하면 전액 환불합니다.
• 미성년자는 보호자의 동의를 받아 후원해야 합니다.

5. 서비스 변경과 종료

운영자는 게임의 내용과 밸런스를 바꿀 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 사이트에 알립니다.

6. 책임의 한계

운영자는 서비스를 안정적으로 제공하려고 노력하지만, 이용자의 기기나 브라우저 설정 때문에 브라우저에 저장된 기록이 지워지는 경우에는 책임지지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자의 책임은 이용자가 결제한 금액을 넘지 않습니다.

7. 방송과 영상

게임 화면으로 방송하거나 영상을 만들어 올리는 것은 수익 창출을 포함해 어디서든 자유롭습니다. 따로 허락을 받지 않아도 됩니다. 설명란에 soulallin.com 링크를 남겨 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

8. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다. 이용자가 사는 나라의 소비자 보호법이 더 넓은 권리를 준다면 그 권리가 우선합니다.

Terms of Service

1. The service

"Soul All-In" (the Service, at soulallin.com) is a free browser game run by an independent developer (the Operator): a poker tower defense where you build towers from poker hands.

2. Accounts

You can play without signing in. Google sign-in is optional, for syncing records across devices and joining leaderboards. Nicknames may not impersonate others or contain abusive, hateful or illegal content; the Operator may change or remove them. You can ask to delete your account at any time.

3. Fair play

Manipulating leaderboard records, modifying the game to produce records, or submitting records with automation is not allowed. Such records may be removed and access to leaderboards restricted.

4. Donations

Donations are voluntary and never make the game easier; rewards are cosmetic and a supporter badge only. Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), our Merchant of Record, and Polar's terms also apply. Full refund on request within 7 days. Minors need a guardian's consent.

The Operator may change the game; shutdowns are announced 30 days ahead. We are not liable for records lost because of your device or browser settings, and our liability never exceeds what you paid.
